I wrote this when I was about half way through my stay at my Aunts house. I was staying there for a week.
I had panic attacks because she didn't own any scales so I had no idea whether I was doing ok or not.
I was trying so hard and I had to keep reminding myself that she has no suspicions about how I eat and that this was my chance to get away with so much more.
The outcome of my stay was all up to me.
I HAD to stay strong.
